Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 1–3 business days in Ottawa and 3-5 days across Canada. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 3 days of delivery for items in their original, unused condition. Please contact us at Info@trendiest.ca to initiate a return.

What if my item arrives damaged?
We’re sorry to hear that! Please email us at Info@trendiest.ca with a photo of the damaged item within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll make it right.
